Prepare/Enrich is a customized couple assessment that identifies a couple's strength and growth areas.
This is one of the most widely used online programs for couples. It can assist dating couples considering engagement and couples seeking premarital counselling, premarital education, marriage counselling or marriage enrichment. In fact, any couple seeking to enrich their relationship!
Based on a couple's assessment outcomes, a Valley To Hills trained facilitator provides 3-4 feedback sessions. In these sessions the facilitator helps the couple discuss and understand their results as they are taught proven relationship skills.
What is provided?
Couples are provided with a summary outcomes report and a workbook that contains over 20 exercises designed to help them explore their relationship. Some of the exercises in the workbook assist the couple to:
